The fee, once paid, is not refundable under any circumstances except when A2 Arth Accademy fails to provide access to the Course within a month (not applicable for unavoidable circumstances). Students must provide proper details on a timely basis to provide timely access. Non-attendance of classes can’t be a reason for the cancellation.
Classes are meant to be used only by the student who purchases the classes. A2 Arth Accademy reserves the right to take necessary legal actions if the classes are shared with anyone without written permission from A2 Arth Accademy.
Students have no entitlement to provide, sell, or loan any material, assets, workbooks, notes, etc., provided during the course to a third party. A2 Arth Accademy reserves the right to take necessary legal actions if any attempt to breach copyright or patent is found.
Jurisdiction for all legal cases will only be in Bengaluru. The student shall bear all legal expenses incurred by A2 Arth Accademy.
Your use of our products and services provided herein is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of online classes or content other than for personal purposes is prohibited. Your personal and non-commercial use of our products and services shall be subjected to the following restrictions:
- (a) use our product or service for commercial purposes of any kind, or

Student Communication
Communication regarding changes in specifications of services provided and changes in Student’s Rules will be intimated through the website www.a2arthaccademy.com.
If there is any class cancellation or change in the program's schedule, students shall be informed by mail/SMS/phone call/WhatsApp through the A2 Arth Accademy website.
Students are responsible for checking for updates from time to time.
STUDENT FEEDBACK & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
To improve the quality of services provided to students, A2 Arth Accademy actively seeks, appreciates, and acts upon student feedback about its services from time to time.
Students/Parents can approach the academy with their queries for assistance and guidance.
A2 Arth Accademy Classes decision in any of the above shall be final and binding.
All disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction courts of law.
Student Declaration
I have:
- Read and understand the above, and I know the services A2 Arth Accademy shall provide the students.
- Understood that the student’s performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part.
- Aware that the conduct of the exam is subject to educational policies and regulations.
Declare and undertake that you have read and understood the aforesaid “Student Guidelines” and will strictly adhere to them.
I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by A2 Arth Accademy and comply with all decisions made by A2 Arth Accademy regarding the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
